Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scott Kline (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Scott Kline!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Chuck Henderson!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Marco Blurström and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson fails to land with a series of punches.
Kline thinks about countering with a body kick.

Henderson fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Kline to the ground. Henderson is now in Kline's guard.
Henderson controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Henderson won't allow Kline to sweep him here.
Henderson advances position into side control!
The referee asks Henderson politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Henderson prefers to stall for the moment though.
Henderson tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Henderson tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Henderson has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kline is in a horrible position here. Henderson smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Henderson lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Henderson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Kline is looking to improve his position but Henderson isn't that keen on the idea.
Henderson tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment.
Kline might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Henderson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Henderson is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Kline has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Kline!
Henderson is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Kline throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Henderson works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Kline stands up over Henderson, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Henderson is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kline is aware though and is defending well.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Henderson will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Henderson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Kline defends it easily.
Henderson wants to stand but Kline is controlling the position.

Henderson gets control of Kline's arms and successfully pulls guard. Henderson will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Henderson holds on and takes a little breather.

Kline is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Henderson works a leg free and moves into half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Henderson connects with a nice short shot to Kline's temple.
Kline could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Henderson is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Henderson is continuing to stall.

Henderson winds up and cracks Kline with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Henderson seems to be looking for submissions.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Kline wants to get back to full guard.
Nice strikes from Henderson there.
Henderson works his foot free and advances to mount.

Chuck Henderson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Chuck Henderson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Henderson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
