The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heeder scores with a takedown into Tremaine's guard.
Tremaine had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Heeder is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Tremaine Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Heeder's back instead.

Tremaine is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Heeder is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Heeder flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Tremaine anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Heeder and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Tremaine slips an arm under Heeder chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Tremaine has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Tremaine is squeezing on Heeder like an anaconda would it's prey. Heeder fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
