The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Minakov doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

OConnor has managed to clinch.
Minakov with a knee to the head.

It looks like Marley OConnor has been cut.
A head punch on the inside from Minakov fails to land.
Minakov pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Minakov misses with a knee strike.
Minakov keeps the fight in the clinch, despite OConnor's efforts to push away.
OConnor scores with a shoulder strike.

It looks like Vitaly Minakov has been cut.
OConnor lands a hook to the side of the head.

OConnor's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
OConnor is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Minakov.
Minakov appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.

OConnor lands a big right hand that sends Minakov crashing to the mat! OConnor stays standing though and waves Minakov back to his feet!
Marley OConnor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

OConnor cracks Minakov with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Minakov looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can OConnor finish him?

OConnor throws a poor cross that misses
and Minakov cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
OConnor cracks Minakov with a left hook right on the temple and Minakov goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! OConnor lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Minakov is OK!

Marley OConnor made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'I'm the bigger man! I'm the biggest man around, and I will fight any man who comes round and says any different! I will fight any man!'.
