Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jamel Booth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bryan McGraw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bryan McGraw has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jamel Booth! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bryan McGraw! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Alan Glass and Frank Dennis.

McGraw gets a takedown into half guard. McGraw not doing much here.
Booth could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
McGraw looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
McGraw content to control rather than advance. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Booth is trying to stand.

He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. McGraw looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. McGraw stops Booth from getting back to his feet.

Booth gets caught napping as McGraw dives in and scores a takedown. Booth manages to retain guard. McGraw not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Booth is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
McGraw wants to improve his position but Booth is controlling well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Booth wants to stand up but McGraw has a hold of him and won't allow it. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Booth in particular looking to stall. McGraw is looking to escape.

Booth throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Booth perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. McGraw is holding on to half guard well. Booth tries to stand but his hand is stuck under McGraw. McGraw tries to get to full guard but Booth has control of the leg. McGraw controlling the position for now. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if McGraw can do anything to dispel that myth. McGraw looks like he's trying to stand up.
Booth thows a huge punch but McGraw dodges it nicely.

McGraw shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Booth napping and manages to drive through into side control! Booth might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Booth trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Booth is looking for a sweep. McGraw taking a breather here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. It looks like McGraw might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Booth pushes McGraw away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, McGraw gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. McGraw is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bryan McGraw dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Booth has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. McGraw has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
McGraw manages to pull guard.
McGraw working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Booth. McGraw wants to get back to his feet but Booth is in a dominant position and won't allow it. McGraw lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
McGraw seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. McGraw is continuing to stall.

Booth tries to land a sweep but no joy. McGraw sitting in guard here, content to control. McGraw wants to pass the guard but Booth is keeping the position. McGraw is stalling in the full guard. McGraw won't allow Booth to get back to his feet.

You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. McGraw slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

McGraw gets the takedown into side control. McGraw wants to stand but Booth is controlling his arm. Booth is pushing McGraw's head away, looking to escape. McGraw manages to hold on to the position though. Booth is positioning himself to get back to half guard. McGraw landing a few strikes.

Booth looks to move to half guard but instead McGraw has passed into mount! Damn! McGraw tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Let's hope that McGraw has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! We're seeing a lot of stalling here from McGraw. Booth taking shots to the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bryan McGraw showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
McGraw looks to land a combination but Booth avoids it well.

Booth throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land. McGraw staying calm. Bryan McGraw has got the better of the ground game so far. McGraw's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. More stalling from McGraw.

Booth prevents McGraw from moving into mount. McGraw landing strikes. McGraw remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

McGraw with more of the same as he continues to hold on. Booth can't do much from the bottom here. McGraw taking a breather here. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Booth tries to sprawl but McGraw drives through with a takedown into half guard. McGraw uses his free foot to push down on Booth's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Booth. Booth tries to get back to half guard but can't. McGraw takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. McGraw landing strikes from the mount and Booth is in trouble! The referee warns Booth that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

McGraw tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
And that's the end of the fight! Bryan McGraw comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well McGraw has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
