The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sledge instigates a clinch.

Robinson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Sledge throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Sledge gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Robinson to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Sledge has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Robinson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Robinson throws a big right hand that misses.

Sledge looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sledge has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Robinson doesn't defend quickly enough and Sledge has managed to lock this one up! Can Robinson escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Sledge on a fantastic submission victory.
