Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ricky Steamboat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vlad The Impaler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Impaler is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Blues Saraceno - Dogs of War. Steamboat is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Impaler with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Steamboat is breathing heavily.
Steamboat tries to move into range but The Impaler moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
The Impaler lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
The Impaler feints and then cracks Steamboat's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Steamboat down.
The Impaler throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Steamboat tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Steamboat throws a head kick but The Impaler moves out of range.
Steamboat moves forwards but The Impaler connects with a nice, crisp jab.
The Impaler gets in close and instigates a clinch.
The Impaler scores with a hook to the body.
The Impaler lands a body shot in the clinch.
The Impaler scores with a shoulder strike.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The Impaler tries to work over Steamboat's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
The Impaler lands with a left to the head.
Steamboat is rocked!
The Impaler tries to throw a body punch but Steamboat avoids it by throwing The Impaler back against the cage.
Oh Steamboat is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

The Impaler lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
The Impaler tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
The Impaler pushes Steamboat against the cage and as Steamboat bounces back, The Impaler cracks him with a massive overhand right that sends him crashing to the mat! The Impaler follows up with more strikes but Steamboat was out from that first, devastating punch! Wow!
