The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lindeman throws a shot from downtown. Jones moves away and avoids it.
Lindeman paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

It looks like Jamel Jones has been cut.

Lindeman jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Lindeman lands with a cross.
Thimo Lindeman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Lindeman lands a big uppercut and Jones crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Jones looks OK. Lindeman waves Jones back to his feet!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The crowd cheers as Lindeman lands an impressive looking overhand right. Jones doesn't seem phased though.

Lindeman stuns Jones with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Oh Jones is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lindeman pounces like a tiger and cracks Jones with a vicious hook! Jones is down but not out! Lindeman follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
