Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jager Kissling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Lumberjack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jager Kissling! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Kevin Lumberjack! The judges for this bout are , and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown by Kissling or perhaps it was just good defense by Lumberjack which made him look bad. Kissling misses with a hook. Lumberjack has managed to clinch.
Kissling can't break the clinch.
Kissling has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lumberjack uses from the top position. Kissling looking for a sweep. Not yet Kissling, not yet. Lumberjack is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Lumberjack decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Kissling, up you get! Lumberjack wants to clinch up but Kissling keeps it at a distance. Lumberjack shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Lumberjack controlling the position easily from mount. Lumberjack prevents Kissling from getting the reversal.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kissling slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Lumberjack passes into side control, despite Kissling's attempt to control the position.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lumberjack's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Kissling tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Kissling is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Lumberjack is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Lumberjack with a couple of short strikes. Lumberjack controlling the pace for now. Lumberjack lands a nice shot to the head. Kissling wants to hold on but Lumberjack pushes him away. Kissling is trying desperately to improve position. Kissling is squirming around, avoiding Lumberjack's attempts to control the action.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lumberjack swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Kissling is now in Lumberjack's guard. A big mistake from Lumberjack there, giving up the dominant position! Kissling trying to control the position from guard on top but Lumberjack is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kissling is breathing heavily. Lumberjack pushes Kissling off and gets back to his feet.
Kissling doesn't succeed with the takedown and Lumberjack counters by moving into the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lumberjack landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.

Lumberjack gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kissling has a hand on Lumberjack's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Lumberjack takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Lumberjack ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Lumberjack no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Lumberjack has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Kissling off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. A slapping body kick lands there for Lumberjack. Lumberjack instigates a clinch. Lumberjack lands a nice elbow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lumberjack lands an elbow inside that Kissling shrugs off. Lumberjack gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Lumberjack is pushing Kissling up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Kissling drops down looking for an ankle pick but Lumberjack pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jager Kissling. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lumberjack tries to close the distance and clinch but Kissling swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Lumberjack pushes Kissling up against the cage in a clinch. Lumberjack leaning against his opponent.

Kissling is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Lumberjack scores with a knee to the head.
Kissling blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Lumberjack stalling the fight.
Kissling has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Lumberjack is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Kissling goes for a takedown in the clinch but Lumberjack prevents it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lumberjack lands an elbow just above Kissling 's eye. Kissling tries to pull guard but Lumberjack won't allow it.
A nice right hand lands inside from Lumberjack. Lumberjack with a knee to the head.

Lumberjack unloads a knee to the mid-section. Kissling lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Lumberjack with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Kissling goes for a takedown in the clinch but Lumberjack prevents it.

Lumberjack wants to control but Kissling passes easily into half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kissling throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Kissling is working for a submission of some sort.
Lumberjack tries to roll over but Kissling keeps him under control. Kissling wants to stand up but Lumberjack manages to regain full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Lumberjack avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Lumberjack lands a nice leg kick that just misses Kissling's sensitive parts. The fight moves into the clinch position. Lumberjack is pressed up against the cage. Kissling has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Lumberjack down to the mat. Lumberjack avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Lumberjack closes the distance and clinches. Lumberjack looking to throw knees to the head but Kissling is blocking nicely.
Kissling tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lumberjack just stands there and leans against the cage. Lumberjack lands a damaging elbow. Lumberjack stops a takedown attempt from Kissling.
Lumberjack is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Kissling gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. A short right from Lumberjack. Lumberjack holding his opponent close, against the cage.

Kevin Lumberjack showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Kissling fails in his attempt to clinch. Kissling throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lumberjack. Kissling swats away the attempt to clinch by Lumberjack. Kissling shoots and misses and Lumberjack moves into the clinch. Kissling is trying to drag Lumberjack to the mat but Lumberjack just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Lumberjack lands a knee to the head.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Lumberjack manages to break the clinch.

The fight moves into the clinch position. Lumberjack pushes off an throws an elbow but Kissling leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Lumberjack ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Lumberjack no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Lumberjack wants to sweep but no luck.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kissling has gone for a leg lock! Lumberjack slips out almost immediately though and dives into Kissling's guard. Kissling is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Kissling is looking for a triangle but Lumberjack pushes his legs off easily.
Lumberjack trying to control but Kissling is working from the bottom. Kissling is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Lumberjack is controlling him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Kissling working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lumberjack doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lumberjack manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Kissling wants to get back to his feet but Lumberjack is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Kissling looking for a sweep. Not yet Kissling, not yet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lumberjack must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Kissling is working hard here to advance position. Lumberjack slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Kissling throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Lumberjack counters by moving into the clinch. Lumberjack unloads a knee to the mid-section. Kissling lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Kissling drops down looking for an ankle pick but Lumberjack pulls his leg out and moves away.

Kissling gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Lumberjack counters with a nice body kick. Kissling drives through with a takedown into guard. Kissling wants to control from the top but Lumberjack keeps moving. Kissling looking to pass the guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kissling trying to control but Lumberjack is working from the bottom. Kissling trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Kissling works over Lumberjack with some ground and pound from guard. Kissling throws a strike but Lumberjack rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Lumberjack is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
And that's the end of the fight! Kevin Lumberjack comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Lumberjack has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
