Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Adlan Amagov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Sphinx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Amagov might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Doors - Riders On the Storm. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jimmy Sphinx was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, jab by Amagov - just one landing.
Sphinx doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Amagov counters with a stiff right hand.
Amagov loads up on a big right hand but Sphinx slips the punch.
Sphinx shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
It looked like Amagov was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Sphinx motions for Amagov to come forward. Sphinx throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Amagov walks into a stiff left hand from Sphinx.

We've been informed that Sphinx has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

As Sphinx looks to move away, Amagov throws a big counter combo bu Sphinx just gets out of the way.

Amagov cracks Sphinx with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Sphinx looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Amagov finish him?
Sphinx is rocked!
Amagov steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Sphinx is out on his feet! Amagov sets himself and nearly takes Sphinx's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Adlan Amagov!
Adlan Amagov got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
