Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Basil Campos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Baylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alex Baylor told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alex Baylor!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baylor fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Campos sprawls well initially but Baylor persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Campos trying to control from the bottom.
Campos tries to roll over but Baylor keeps him under control.
Baylor stalling.
Campos wants to control but Baylor is keeping busy.
Baylor missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Baylor content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Baylor not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Campos is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Campos actively working from the bottom here.
Baylor moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Campos.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Baylor tries to move into full mount but can't pass Campos's legs.
Campos is trying to improve his position.
A lull in the action here as Baylor stalls from top position.
Campos is looking to regain half guard here but Baylor keeps moving and retains side control.
Baylor working away.
Baylor is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Campos is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Baylor decides to stand up, so the ref orders Campos to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Campos fails in his attempt to clinch.
Alex Baylor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Baylor looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Campos!
Campos is looking for a sweep.
Campos throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.
Baylor stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Baylor has taken the fight to the clinch.
Baylor effectively controlling the action here.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Campos tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Baylor smiles and moves away.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Danga de danga de dang - Baylor scores with a four punch combination!
It looks like Basil Campos has been cut.
Baylor rushes Campos and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Baylor is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Campos can't fight it off and eventually Baylor manages to take the fight to the floor. Campos looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Baylor throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Campos is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Campos being controlled here, momentarily.
Baylor decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
A solid body kick from Campos.
Campos tries to close the distance and clinch up but Baylor swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Campos on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Campos is rocked!
Baylor looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Baylor backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Campos's temple! It sends Campos violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Baylor celebrates and the doctors try to help Campos!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Flying Knee). Alex Baylor!
