Caprillo comes into the arena with The Beatles - Here Comes The Sun blaring out of the sound system. Samuel Gracie has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Caio Cesar Caprillo's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie has his takedown stuffed
and Caprillo counters with a one-two to the body.
Gracie throws a predictable looking body shot
and Caprillo counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Caprillo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Gracie circles away.
Caprillo bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Caprillo tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Gracie gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Caprillo keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
We've been hearing that Caprillo has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Gracie wants to improve his position but Caprillo is controlling well.
Gracie moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Caprillo postures up and lands a big shot to Gracie's brow.

Gracie is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Caprillo has his hands clasped together but Gracie extends and breaks Caprillo's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Gracie.
