The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schoots dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Schoots fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Trager manages to avoid it.
Trager was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Schoots misses with an uppercut. Trager saw that one coming.
Trager looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Trager feints and as Schoots raises his hands in defense, Trager changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Schoots scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Schoots takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Schoots is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Trager to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Trager shrugs it off.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Trager, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
