Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shlemenko throws a combination. Kais tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Shlemenko misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kais only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Shlemenko tries to score with a low kick but Kais moves his leg out of the way.
Shlemenko throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kais.
Shlemenko connects with a combination that backs up Kais into the cage. Shlemenko lands a flurry of punches that gets past Kais's guard. Kais is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Shlemenko bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alexander Shlemenko!
