Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ben Hopkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lyonel Baratheon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, John Roberts and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baratheon throws a hook to the side of Hopkins's head but Hopkins sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Baratheon misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Hopkins counters with a nice kick to the body.
Baratheon looks winded!
Baratheon throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Hopkins counters with a nice right hand that sends Baratheon toppling to the canvas! Baratheon scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Hopkins finish him?!
It looks like Lyonel Baratheon has been cut.
Lyonel Baratheon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Baratheon misses with a left hand
and Hopkins counters with an inside leg kick.
Hopkins scores with a kick to the midsection.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hopkins looks to score with a jab to the body but Baratheon is just out of range.
Baratheon has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Hopkins lands a leg kick that knocks Baratheon off balance momentarily.
Hopkins throws a nice outside leg kick.
Hopkins buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Hopkins thumps Baratheon with a low kick.
Hopkins lands a nice looking kick to the body. Baratheon takes a step back to recover.
Hopkins connects with a leg kick. Baratheon looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Baratheon wants to stay close but Hopkins steps back to make room for something. Baratheon seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Hopkins and Baratheon drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
