Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Simmons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lord Viceroy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Simmons's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Sound of MAdness - Shinedown. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

20 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lord Viceroy!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Viceroy has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Viceroy there as he acknowledges the shot.
Simmons uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Viceroy.
Donk. Simmons catches Viceroy right on the button with a cross.
Simmons fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Viceroy sprawls well initially but Simmons persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Viceroy is looking to escape.
Simmons not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Simmons thows a huge punch but Viceroy dodges it nicely.
Simmons has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Simmons throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Viceroy is refusing to be controlled, as Simmons sits in half guard.
Simmons is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Viceroy doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Simmons.
Simmons thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Viceroy's head.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Simmons looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Viceroy felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Simmons tries to pass the half guard into mount. Viceroy knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Viceroy is staying active underneath Simmons, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Simmons is stalling here. Viceroy is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Simmons seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Viceroy has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Viceroy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Simmons. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Simmons is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Viceroy's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Viceroy decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Simmons swings for the body but Viceroy moves out of range.
Simmons walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Simmons looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Simmons connects with a jab.
Viceroy throws a hook but Simmons blocks it.
Simmons went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Simmons slips under a jab from Viceroy.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Viceroy slips a jab and a cross from Simmons.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Simmons dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
A combination from Simmons does no damage.
Viceroy throws a lazy right hand but Simmons sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Simmons is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Viceroy can do to turn this around?

Simmons misses with an uppercut. Viceroy saw that one coming.
Simmons throws a one two combo.
Viceroy stuffs the takedown.
Viceroy unleashes a big counter combination but Simmons bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Simmons scores with a shot to the body.
Viceroy lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
It looks like John Simmons has been cut.

John Simmons is winning the standup battle so far.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Viceroy slips a jab and a cross from Simmons.
Simmons gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Simmons tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Viceroy is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Simmons buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Simmons!! Simmons is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Viceroy throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lord Viceroy!
A very excited looking Lord Viceroy made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
