Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Valko Dragov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladislav Volkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dragov comes to the cage accompanied by Go to Sleep - Eminem, Obie Trice, & DMX. Vladislav Volkov will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dragov throws a looping overhand right but Volkov ducks down to avoid it.
Dragov looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Dragov lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Dragov takes the fight into the clinch.
Dragov manages to break the clinch.
Volkov wants to clinch up but Dragov keeps it at a distance.
Volkov misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Dragov throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Volkov counters by clinching up.
Dragov's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dragov fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Volkov manages to avoid it.
Dragov dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Volkov tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Dragov drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dragov is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Volkov has escaped the position, nice work there.

Volkov is trying to get back to half guard.
Dragov wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Volkov, who protects the arm well.
Dragov in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.

Dragov wants to lay and pray for a moment but Volkov keeps working.
Dragov misses with the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Dragov throws a strike aimed at the side of Volkov's head but Volkov avoids it well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Volkov wants to control but Dragov postures up.
Volkov is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Dragov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Dragov in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Volkov tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Dragov wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Volkov is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Dragov is controlling him well.
Dragov wants to control but Volkov is keeping him busy.

Dragov tries to move to full mount but Volkov actually manages to regain half guard.
Dragov looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Volkov with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Dragov lands a nice short elbow.
Volkov has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dragov is working away from the top position though.
Dragov takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Volkov is rocked!
Volkov is trying to control but can't.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Dragov connects with a nice short shot to Volkov's temple.
Volkov is still in real trouble! Can Dragov finish him?

Dragov tries to control but Volkov wriggling away.
Dragov unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Volkov wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Dragov celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Valko Dragov!
A very excited looking Valko Dragov made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
