Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Demarcus Padilla!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Percival Pacaldo!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Tarja Halkonen and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pacaldo cracks a nice hook into Padilla's ribs.
Padilla throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Padilla gets tackled into the cage by Pacaldo. Pacaldo maintains the clinch.
Pacaldo jumps guard but Padilla stands there with Pacaldo around his waist. Pacaldo gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Padilla shoots for a double leg takedown but Pacaldo sprawls well. He's pushed Padilla's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Padilla fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Pacaldo closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Padilla quickly recovers to half guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Demarcus Padilla will probably get the nod.

Percival Pacaldo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Pacaldo has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
