The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bacon Jr shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bacon Jr showed some decent athleticism there.

Mueller kicks off Bacon Jr and gets to his feet.
Bacon Jr tries to land a body kick
and Mueller counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Bacon Jr has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Bacon Jr there as he acknowledges the shot.
Mueller fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Mueller throws a series of punches but Bacon Jr moves out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Bacon Jr gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Bacon Jr gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Mueller gets back to full guard.
Bacon Jr looking to sit in guard and control but Mueller gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Mueller really is a fat lump.

Mueller landing with the ground and pound.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Mueller's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Bacon Jr is trying to hold Mueller in close to prevent damage but Mueller has managed to pass into half guard.
Bacon Jr wants to control but Mueller is keeping busy.

Mueller is trying to work for a kimura but Bacon Jr is defending well.
Bacon Jr wants to control the action here but instead Mueller manages to pass to full mount!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Bacon Jr is squirming around, avoiding Mueller's attempts to control the action.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mueller looking to isolate an arm here. Bacon Jr doesn't see it coming and as Mueller extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Mueller!
