The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trezeguet tries to work over Banner's front leg with a kick but Banner checks it.
Trezeguet stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Trezeguet wants it to stay on the feet.

Banner decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Banner is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Trezeguet defends it well.

Banner looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Banner has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Trezeguet defend it? Banner steps over the head and cranks it - Trezeguet is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Banner!
