Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Miyamoto Musashi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 25 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bobby Tupper V! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck with that takedown attempt from Tupper V. Musashi avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Tupper V misses with a few strikes there.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Musashi - that will leave a mark!
Tupper V takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Musashi gets a clinch. Tupper V tries a body shot but Musashi blocks it.
Musashi displaying some good clinch control by pressing Tupper V up against the cage. Musashi gets a trip takedown into half guard. Musashi is taking a breather. Tupper V says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Tupper V looks like he's trying to stand up.

That's one minute gone in the round. Tupper V tries to kick Musashi off but Musashi keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Musashi is looking for a kimura here.
Musashi seems to be working for a kimura but Tupper V defends the submission attempt. Musashi is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Tupper V has managed to free his arm - good work. Musashi with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Musashi is trying to control the action in half guard but Tupper V is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Musashi controlling the pace.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Tupper V fails with a takedown attempt from distance. A head kick misses from Musashi. Musashi scores with a shot to the body.
Tupper V misses with a double jab
and Musashi counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. A swing and a miss from Tupper V. Musashi throws a right and a left that Tupper V avoids nicely. Despite the aggression on Tupper V's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Musashi misses with a takedown attempt - Tupper V sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. A thudding body kick lands there by Musashi!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tupper V throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Musashi. Musashi on the wrong end of a nice hook. Musashi connects with a high kick. Tupper V misses with a wild combination.
A low kick from Tupper V is predictable there and Musashi counters with a series of strikes. Tupper V will be more careful next time no doubt. Tupper V shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Musashi counters with a slapping leg kick. Miyamoto Musashi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobby Tupper V. Tupper V goes for a double leg but Musashi avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Musashi continues to drive forward. Tupper V takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Tupper V throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Musashi sees it coming and avoids it easily. Tupper V gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Musashi to score an easy takedown into full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Musashi is looking to work some ground and pound but Tupper V has wrist control. Tupper V being controlled here, momentarily. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Musashi stops Tupper V from standing up. Musashi trying to control but Tupper V is working from the bottom. Musashi seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Musashi stopping the sweep attempt from Tupper V. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Miyamoto Musashi dominated that round. That's time! Musashi's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Musashi scores with a head kick. Tupper V tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Tupper V misses with a jab, cross combination.
Nice uppercut lands for Musashi. That snapped Tupper V's head back.

Tupper V will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Musashi went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Tupper V swinging wildly here.
Musashi fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Tupper V, pushing him back against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tupper V's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Tupper V moves out of range as Musashi throws a body kick.
Musashi punishes Tupper V's body with a nice straight punch. Musashi misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

That's one minute gone in the round. Tupper V throws a hook to the side of Musashi's head but Musashi sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. A slapping body kick lands there for Musashi. Tupper V throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Tupper V takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Tupper V tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Miyamoto Musashi is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Tupper V tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Musashi swivels and escapes. Musashi showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Tupper V.
Tupper V has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Tupper V takes a kick to the side of the head. Tupper V avoids the head kick by Musashi.
Tupper V unleashes a big counter combination but Musashi bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Tupper V misses with a two punch combination.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Tupper V waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Musashi. Musashi is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Tupper V can do to turn this around? Musashi lands a nice shot that snaps Tupper V's head back.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Musashi throws a head kick that half lands.
Musashi lands a jab-cross combination. Musashi drops Tupper V with a beautiful combination! Tupper V stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Musashi is looking for the KO!
Tupper V is rocked! Musashi lands a big right hook! Tupper V looks hurt but is still standing! Musashi lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Tupper V falls down and Musashi dives in with a huge hammer fist! Tupper V's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Musashi runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Miyamoto Musashi! Miyamoto Musashi spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
