And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, DJ Knowles!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Dirk Anderson and Santiago Holmes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knowles shoots in looking for a takedown but Murphy manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Knowles's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Murphy was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Knowles moves to clinch but Murphy breaks away
and Murphy counters with a nice leg kick.
Murphy punishes Knowles's body with a nice straight punch.
Nice sprawl there from Murphy as Knowles shoots in.
Knowles throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Murphy counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Murphy was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Knowles pushes a forearm under Murphy's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Murphy is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
