The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hiroshima looking to score a takedown here. Calhoun is defending well but Hiroshima drives through and ends up in Calhoun's guard.
Calhoun pushes Hiroshima off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Hiroshima decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Calhoun has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Hiroshima is on him like a limpet, forcing Calhoun back against the cage.
