Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mateusz Gamrot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Melaku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Santiago Holmes and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gamrot clinches up against the cage.
Melaku is looking to break free of the clinch but Gamrot has double underhooks.
Gamrot takes an elbow to the forehead.
Gamrot has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Melaku after a bit of a struggle.
Gamrot has Melaku pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Melaku manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Gamrot wants to take the fight to the mat but Melaku manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mateusz Gamrot. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Melaku wants to break the clinch but can't.
Gamrot is trying to trip Melaku. He has hold of a leg but Melaku is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Gamrot persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Gamrot loads up on a big left hand. Melaku felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Gamrot looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Melaku can't hide his disappointment, as Gamrot celebrates the victory.
