Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andy Pipkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roberto Boucher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Andy Pipkin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Roberto Boucher! The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Dirk Anderson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boucher punishes Pipkin's body with a nice straight punch. Boucher bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Pipkin's head backwards. Pipkin throws a right hand that misses
and Boucher counters with a nice uppercut. Pipkin will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

letting Boucher counter with a right hand. Pipkin tries to clinch up and Boucher counters with a lovely straight right hand! Boucher circles away from the clinch attempt.
Andy Pipkin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pipkin tries to close the distance and clinch but Boucher swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Boucher throws out a counter right but Pipkin avoids it with no problem. Pipkin throws a sloppy body shot
and Pipkin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Pipkin misses with a right hand and Boucher counters with a crisp right hand that drops Pipkin! Boucher lets Pipkin back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Pipkin is rocked! Pipkin gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Pipkin has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. A shot in the inside from Boucher. Oh Pipkin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! This has been an exciting period of action! Boucher doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Pipkin tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Pipkin seems to have got his legs back now. Boucher lands a shoulder strike. Boucher throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Pipkins head. Boucher misses with some punches.

Boucher takes an elbow to the forehead. Pipkin lands an elbow that stopped Boucher in his tracks for a moment.

That's three minutes gone in the round. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Pipkin just misses with a elbow thrown towards Boucher's brow. Pipkin is leaning against Boucher and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Pipkin tries to work over Boucher's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Pipkin softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Pipkin throws an elbow that misses.
Boucher tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Pipkin swings wildly with an uppercut but Boucher uses good head movement to avoid it. Boucher throws a punch but it's blocked by Pipkin. Pipkin pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Pipkin lands an elbow inside that Boucher shrugs off. Pipkin gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
That has opened up Roberto Boucher's cut even more. Pipkin pushes off an throws an elbow but Boucher leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Pipkin lands a nice elbow. Pipkin blocking some punches.

The cut above Roberto Boucher's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Boucher working some nice short punches in the clinch. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Pipkin comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Boucher blocks the elbow strike.

Roberto Boucher's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Pipkin wants to stall.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Andy Pipkin! Andy Pipkin decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
