Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Lombard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Dundee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lombard comes to the cage accompanied by Totalimmortal. Dundee has chosen Wake Me Up In a Land Down Under as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bruce Dundee!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Chris Dean and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lombard scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Dundee attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
No luck for Lombard with that takedown attempt.
Dundee looks to throw the jab but Lombard is out of range.
Lombard throws a good cross that connects.
Lombard ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dundee moves away.
Dundee keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Lombard tries to clinch but Dundee moves out of range.
Lombard moves out of range of the body kick.
Dundee uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lombard.

Lombard tries to pull guard but Dundee forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Dundee throws an elbow that misses.
Lombard jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Dundee walks away with a smile on his face. Lombard gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rafael Lombard. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lombard takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Dundee throws a combination that misses
and Lombard counters with a nice body shot.
Dundee swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Dundee dodges the punch combination from Lombard.
Dundee only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Lombard's corner calls for a 1-2. Lombard obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Lombard closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Dundee pushes off an throws an elbow but Lombard leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Lombard fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Lombard jumps guard and drags Dundee to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Lombard has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dundee can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Lombard is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Lombard is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Dundee avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dundee loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Dundee is working Lombard over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Dundee is fighting to break Lombard's control of his arms but Lombard is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Lombard is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Lombard has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Dundee should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Lombard has tightened it up now! Dundee should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
