Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dane Cook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesus Barreda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cook's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Seek and Destroy by Metallica. Barreda is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Planet Caravan. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
26 - 23 - 3, fighting out of Montreal, Dane Cook! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
26 - 25 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jesus Barreda! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Anthony Taglia and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Barreda gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Barreda lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Cook trying to control from the bottom.
Cook gets back to full guard.
Cook looking for a guillotine here but Barreda defends easily.
Barreda postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Barreda stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cook swivels though and keeps the full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cook has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Barreda has passed into side control.
Barreda looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barreda working away. Cook tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Barreda wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Barreda stands up. Jesus Barreda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Barreda tries a head kick but it misses.
Barreda misses with the body kick and Cook counters with a nice uppercut. Barreda misses with a double jab
and Cook counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Cook lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Cook shoots for a takedown but Barreda saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Barreda tries to clinch but Cook moves out of range. Cook is looking to counter punch. Barreda throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Barreda takes a jab right on the kisser.
Cook tries for a takedown but Barreda circles away easily and Barreda counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Barreda misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
It looked like Cook wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Cook fails with a takedown attempt. Cook looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dane Cook. That's going to take a lot out of him. Barreda fails with a takedown attempt. Cook is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Barreda takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Barreda misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cook keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Barreda. Barreda doesn't manage to clinch there - Cook circles away.
Cook slips under a jab. Nice defenses there by Cook. Barreda does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Some wild striking there from Barreda.
Barreda lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Cook circles away quickly and effectively. Cook tried to counter with a leg kick but Barreda avoided it. Barreda fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Cook avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Barreda takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Barreda misses with a double jab.
Cook scores with a one two! Barreda had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Cook moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Barreda tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Barreda throws a lazy uppercut
and Cook counters with a lovely straight right hand! Barreda throws a leg kick that is checked enabling Cook to counter with a crisp jab. Cook circles away from the clinch attempt and Cook counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Barreda tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cook swats him away and circles back towards the center. Barreda shoots for a double leg takedown but Cook sprawls well. He's pushed Barreda's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Cook shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Barreda has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Cook is on him like a limpet, forcing Barreda back against the cage. Cook missing with knees to the body.
Barreda working some nice short punches in the clinch. Cook turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Barreda explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jesus Barreda will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Barreda takes a swing at Cook's ribcage but misses. Cook half committed to a counter leg kick. Barreda misses with an uppercut
and Cook counters with a lovely straight right hand! Barreda throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Jab by Cook. Barreda fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Cook, pushing him back against the cage. Barreda is looking to break free of the clinch but Cook has double underhooks. Cook breaks the clinch.
Barreda slips a straight right by Cook. Barreda tries to clinch but Cook is having none of it. It looked like Cook wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Dane Cook is winning the standup battle so far. Donk. Cook catches Barreda right on the button with a cross. Barreda moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Barreda looks to land a combination but Cook avoids it well. Barreda moves into the clinch. Cook is defending well against a takedown attempt. Cook lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Barreda wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barreda's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Barreda throws a poor cross that misses
and Cook counters with a nice uppercut. Cook feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Barredas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! A looping hook to the body misses from Barreda. Cook does a little dance to reset his feet. Cook gets tackled into the cage by Barreda. Barreda maintains the clinch. Cook misses with a hook from the clinch. Barreda wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Barreda breaks from the clinch.
Nice uppercut lands for Cook. That snapped Barreda's head back.
Barreda throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Cook. Barreda thows a leg kick but Cook checks it and Cook counters with a stiff right hand. Barreda misses with a combination
and Cook counters with a nice uppercut. Barreda shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Barreda wants to control but Cook is keeping him busy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cook looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Cook is looking to control Barreda's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Cook avoid being mounted? Cook looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Cook tries to roll over but Barreda keeps him under control. Barreda thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Cook's head. Barreda is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Cook defends it well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Barreda is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Cook is just riding it out for now. Barreda eventually gives up the hold. Cook pushes Barreda off looking to stand but Barreda dives back in and keeps control.
Cook is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Barreda working Cook over with strikes. Cook moves into full guard.
Jesus Barreda has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Barreda stands up from Cook's guard - Barreda perhaps looking for a knockout. Barreda fails in his attempt to clinch. Barreda jabbing away but nothing is landing. Barreda takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Barreda tries to close the distance and clinch but Cook swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Barreda throws a head kick that misses. Nice uppercut lands for Cook. That snapped Barreda's head back.
Barreda misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Barreda fails with the takedown and Barreda takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Dane Cook has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jesus Barreda. Barreda is breathing heavily. Barreda moves into range and clinches up with Cook. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Dane Cook will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Barreda changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Barreda throws a lazy right hand but Cook sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. It looked like Cook was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Barreda. Barreda fails with an attempt to clinch.
Cook thinks about countering with a body kick. Cook throws out a powerful jab. Cook uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Barreda. Barreda dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Barreda misses with an uppercut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. No luck for Barreda with that takedown attempt. Barreda ducks right into an uppercut from Cook.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cook lands a jab to Barreda's midsection. Cook lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Barreda throws a poor cross that misses
and Cook counters with a stiff right hand. Barreda throws a jab but it's blocked by Cook. Barreda has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Cook lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Barreda shoots in and drives through. Cook sprawls well. As Barreda tries to get set, Cook tries to push him back and clinch up but Barreda manages to avoid the attempt. Barreda takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Barreda takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Cook dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Barreda. That did some damage! Barreda walks into a stiff left hand from Cook. Barreda throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Barreda tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Barreda misses with a hook
and Cook counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Cook lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Cook lands with a punch from half guard.
Barreda is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cook seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Barreda is still in real trouble! Can Cook finish him? Cook is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cook is trying to work for a kimura but Barreda is defending well.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Cook connects with a nice short shot to Barreda's temple. Cook drops an elbow to the side of Barreda's head. Barreda wants to control but Cook is keeping busy.
Cook landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Cook scores with a big shot! Barreda's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Barreda! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
