Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Ackerman and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Graves shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Lucas manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Lucas looking to control.
Graves is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Lucas is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Lucas has escaped and now he's on top!
Graves wants to stand but Lucas is controlling the position.
Graves working for submissions but it's allowed Lucas to get to half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Graves misses with some strikes from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lucas wants to get back to his feet.
Lucas looking for a submission but Graves manages to get full guard, putting an end to that submission attempt.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lucas in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
A lazy body kick from Graves
and Lucas cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Lucas just misses with a punch to the body.
Jimmy Graves seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Graves cracks Lucas with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Lucas looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Graves finish him?
Lucas is rocked!
It looks like Newton Lucas has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Graves moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Lucas! Graves continues to tee off on Lucas, landing with a left and a right! Graves connects with a right hand that leaves Lucas sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Graves!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jimmy Graves!
Jimmy Graves tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
