Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Geert Geerts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yas Uru (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Geert Geerts! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yas Uru! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Geerts misses with the body kick and Uru connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Geerts misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Uru.
Uru throws out a counter right but Geerts avoids it with no problem. Geerts throws a body kick that misses and Geerts takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. A looping hook to the body misses from Geerts. Uru does a little dance to reset his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Geerts swings widly with a right hand
and Uru counters with a good, hard body kick but Geerts shrugs it off. Nice shot lands for Uru.
That's one minute gone in the round. A jab from Uru misses. Uru lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Geerts shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Uru counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Uru connects with a solid leg kick. Uru misses with a straight left.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Uru thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Geerts if he has to take too many more of those.
Uru throws a hook but Geerts avoids it easily. Geerts changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Geerts takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Uru misses the jab. Geerts drops down looking for a counter takedown but Uru sprawls and moves away. Geerts with a poor takedown and Uru counters with a one-two to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Geerts gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Uru counters with a lovely straight right hand! That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Geert Geerts. That's going to take a lot out of him. Geerts walks into a left hand. Uru catches Geerts with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Geerts fails with the takedown letting Uru counter with a right hand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Geerts shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Uru as he avoids it easily. Some bone on bone action there as Uru checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Uru steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. Uru throws a jab but it's blocked by Geerts. Geerts misses with a takedown attempt and Uru counters with a low kick, right behind Geerts 's knee. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Geerts swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Uru looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Yas Uru dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Geerts loads up on a big right hand but Uru slips the punch. Geerts tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Geerts throws a lazy head kick and Uru counters with a nice uppercut. Uru cracks Geerts with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Geerts is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Uru thuds his right hand into Geerts's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
That's one minute gone in the round. Geerts blocks a jab. Geerts changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Geerts throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Uru is looking for the big counter here. Nice jab there from Uru. Uru uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Geerts. Uru flicks out a counter leg kick but Geerts steps away. A head kick by Geerts misses and Uru counters with a straight right hand. Yas Uru is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Uru cracks Geerts with a good jab. Geerts drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Uru moves away from the strike by Geerts. Uru feints a counter leg kick. Geerts takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Geerts might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far. Uru throws a combination. Geerts tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Geerts throws a right hand that misses
and Uru counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Geerts looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Geerts misses with a leg kick and Uru makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Geerts misses with an uppercut. Uru saw that one coming. Uru is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Uru throws a lazy right hand but Geerts sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Geerts tries to counter with a takedown but Uru is quick to defend against it. Uru has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Uru scores with a sloppy right hand. Geerts should have avoided that one. Geerts fails with the takedown and Uru connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Yas Uru showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Geerts's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Geerts missing with a left hand there. Uru was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Uru unleashes a big counter combination but Geerts bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Geerts looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A leg kick checked by Uru. A big right from Geerts misses.

Yas Uru is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Nice straight punches there by Uru. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Uru.
And that's the end of the fight! Yas Uru comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Uru has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
