Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tim Riggins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ellis Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Miller's choice of entrance music: "The Four Horsemen" by Metallica. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Ellis Miller!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Phil Schofield and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riggins connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Riggins scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Miller scores with a sloppy right hand. Riggins should have avoided that one.


It looks like Tim Riggins has been cut.
Miller tests Riggins's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Riggins tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Miller was well out of range. Poor timing from Riggins.
Riggins has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Miller.
Miller throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Miller moves out of range of the body kick from Riggins.
Riggins throws a hook but Miller avoids it easily.
Riggins explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Riggins misses the shot to the body.
Miller gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Miller tries to clinch up but Riggins circles away and keeps his distance.
Riggins lands with a thumping leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Miller checks the leg kick nicely there.
Riggins just misses with a punch to the body.

Riggins misses with a straight right.

and Miller counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Riggins missing with a left hand there. Miller was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Miller takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Riggins walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Riggins moves out of range as Miller strikes.
Riggins looks to throw the jab but Miller is out of range.
Miller checks a low kick from Riggins.
Good leg kick by Riggins there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Riggins throws a low kick but Miller avoids it.
Miller now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Riggins fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Miller is out of range.
Miller feints a counter leg kick.
Riggins throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Tim Riggins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Riggins uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Miller.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Miller lands with a hook. Riggins tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Riggins misses with a body punch
and Miller counters with a leg kick.
Tim Riggins is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Riggins on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
A slow jab from Riggins misses its intended target.
Miller lands with a hook. Riggins tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Miller clinches.
Riggins's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Miller manages to break the clinch.
Miller swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Miller lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Riggins throws a quick inside leg kick.
Riggins shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Miller only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Riggins throws a leg kick
and Miller counters with a slapping leg kick.
Riggins throws a hook but Miller avoids it easily.
Riggins lands with a slapping head kick.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Riggins swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Miller counters with a right hand to the body.
Riggins ducks right into an uppercut from Miller.
Miller is looking to slow Riggins down with leg kicks.
Miller tries to close the distance and clinch but Riggins swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Riggins turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Miller avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Miller throws a push kick but Riggins slaps the foot to one side.
Both fighters circling a little - Riggins finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Riggins misses with a lunging right hand

and Miller counters with a series of strikes that sends Riggins to the canvas! Miller follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!


Riggins is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Riggins is looking to stand up but Miller isn't so interested in that idea.
Oh Riggins is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Miller arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Riggins's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Ellis Miller!
Ellis Miller seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
