Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hiranuka Stakanu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Freddy Baxter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baxter has chosen Thunder as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Andrew Berry and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baxter walks into a jab.
Baxter ducks under a wild hook from Stakanu.
Baxter is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Stakanu shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Baxter avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Stakanu.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Stakanu lands a nice short elbow.
Stakanu works his foot free and advances to mount.

Stakanu scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Stakanu thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Baxter tries to lock up and control but Stakanu gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Stakanu has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Stakanu scoring with strikes but Baxter is staying in there.
Baxter is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Stakanu softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Baxter is out cold! Stakanu jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hiranuka Stakanu!
