Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve Boulden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Brizzle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boulden comes into the arena with Invasion blaring out of the sound system. Ray Brizzle has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Steve Boulden! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ray Brizzle! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Jonathan Paton and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The crowd cheers as Boulden lands an impressive looking overhand right. Brizzle doesn't seem phased though.
It looks like Ray Brizzle has been cut. Boulden has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Combat Fitness in the buildup to the fight. A big left from Boulden misses. Brizzle pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Brizzle takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Boulden ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Boulden lands with a kick to the ribs.
Brizzle looks winded! Oh, that's a big right hand from Boulden and Brizzle goes tumbling to the canvas! Boulden follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Boulden looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Brizzle with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Brizzle is rocked!
That has opened up Ray Brizzle's cut even more. Boulden controlling the position here and throwing strikes from the top. Nice elbow lands there... and another... and another... oh, Brizzle is out! Boulden gets to his feet and admires his work - nice finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Steve Boulden! Steve Boulden decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
