The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Sandra Marshall and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Pasco lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Abreu has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Abreu and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Abreu throws a sloppy body shot
and Pasco connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Rafael Abreu has been cut.
Pasco swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Pasco lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Pasco takes a swing at Abreu's ribcage but misses.
As Pasco tries to get set, Abreu tries to push him back and clinch up but Pasco manages to avoid the attempt.
A looping hook to the body misses from Abreu. Pasco does a little dance to reset his feet.

Pasco looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Pasco tests Abreu's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Pasco tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Abreu was well out of range. Poor timing from Pasco.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Abreu uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pasco.

enabling Pasco to counter with a crisp jab.
Abreu throws the left hand but Pasco avoids the punch easily.
Pasco looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Pasco backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Abreu's temple! It sends Abreu violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Pasco celebrates and the doctors try to help Abreu!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Flying Knee). Vin Pasco!
