Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jashon McKnight!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coelho fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with McKnight, pushing him back against the cage.
Coelho breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
McKnight fails with a takedown attempt.
McKnight looks for a takedown but Coelho sprawls well.
Coelho closes the distance and clinches.
McKnight is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Coelho pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Carlos Coelho has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jashon McKnight.
McKnight is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Coelho has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics McKnight uses from the top position.

McKnight really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Coelho. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Coelho is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
McKnight drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Coelho manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now McKnight has Coelho in his guard.
McKnight looks gassed!
McKnight is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

McKnight working for a triangle but Coelho defends it easily.
Coelho advances position into side control!
Coelho has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for McKnight!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Coelho is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. McKnight can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
