Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alen Zalac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Travis Speed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zalac comes to the cage accompanied by Survival - Eminem. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Travis Speed enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alen Zalac!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Travis Speed!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Speed throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Zalac.
Zalac fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Speed avoids it really well and circles away.
Zalac looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Speed scores with a shot to the body.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Zalac!
Zalac throws a series of punches but Speed avoids them all with ease.
Speed closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Speed comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Zalac tries to circle away but Speed has him pinned against the cage.
A short right from Speed.
Speed lands an elbow that stopped Zalac in his tracks for a moment.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Zalac tries to break free but Speed pushes him back against the cage.
Zalac tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Speed comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Speed lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Zalac.
Zalac is breathing heavily.
Speed creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Zalac's defenses.
Speed manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Zalac postures up.
Speed has control of Zalac's left arm, preventing Zalac from doing any damage.
Speed wants to get back to his feet but Zalac is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Zalac cracks Speed with a solid left hand.
Speed is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Zalac throwing strikes but missing.
Zalac postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Zalac working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Zalac looking to pass the guard.
Zalac stands up over Speed, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Speed looking to control.
Zalac trying to control the position from guard on top but Speed is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Zalac's corner is telling him to maintain position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Zalac moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like Travis Speed has been cut.
Zalac lands a nice shot that snaps Speed's head back.
Zalac fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alen Zalac. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Zalac tries for a takedown but Speed sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Speed uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Zalac has time to react.
Speed takes the fight into the clinch.
Zalac drops down looking for an ankle pick but Speed pulls his leg out and moves away.
Zalac gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Speed counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Speed connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Zalac to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Speed!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Travis Speed!
