Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between James Barber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Winfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looked like Barber was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Barber drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Barber jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Barber throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Winfield tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Barber is in Winfield's guard.
Winfield can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Barber controls the pace.

Winfield has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Barber is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Winfield.

I would just about give that final round to William Winfield.
Well Winfield has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
