Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nathan Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Issac Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Nathan Williams! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Issac Frost! The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Dirk Anderson and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice body kick from Frost. Frost misses with a takedown attempt and Williams counters with a nice body shot. Frost throws a head kick but Williams moves out of range.
Williams tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Frost paws at him with a jab and circles away. Williams shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Frost manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Williams on his heels. He'll look to pass Williams's guard now, I'm sure. Frost postures up.
Frost controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Frost trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Frost controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Williams looking to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Frost has picked Williams up and slammed him! Williams can't keep hold of the triangle and Frost manages to pass to side control! Frost tries for a kimura but Williams is defending well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Williams tries to improve position but can't. Frost stands up and we're back to a striking position. Frost fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Williams, pushing him back against the cage. Williams looking for a takedown. Frost lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Williams is breathing heavily. Frost keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Williams's efforts to push away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Frost tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Williams avoids it. Williams drops down looking for an ankle pick but Frost pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nathan Williams. That's going to take a lot out of him. Frost closes the distance and clinches. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Frost turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Frost manages to end up in side control. Williams gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Williams tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frost is landing with some decent strikes but Williams is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Frost controlling from mount. Frost with a couple of short strikes. Frost unloading with bombs! Frost controlling his opponent. Frost has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Frost looking to finish Williams with some ground and pound. This is bad for Williams!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Frost breaks from Williams's wrist control and lands an elbow. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Frost is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Williams to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Williams shrugs it off. Williams tries to hold on but Frost pushes him away. Frost lands a big shot there that rocks Williams but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Williams takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Frost raining down shots from the mount! Frost has control of Williams's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Williams regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Frost controlling his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Issac Frost dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Frost changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Williams looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Williams is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Williams is looking to control Frost's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Williams avoid being mounted? Frost has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Williams wants to get back to full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Frost seems to be looking for submissions.

Williams wants to control but Frost is keeping busy and won't allow it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Frost is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Frost scores with a jab to the jaw. Williams shoots in and bounces Frost off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Frost manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Frost manages to break the clinch.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Frost.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Frost feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Williams wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Frost manages to pass to side control.
Williams is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Frost pulls his head out easily. Frost wants to free his trapped foot but Williams is holding on for dear life with his legs. Williams trying to control here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Frost lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Williams trying to control but Frost postures up.
Frost working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Frost decides to stand and escape the position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Frost drives through and clinches with Williams against the cage.
Frost gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Williams regains guard.

Issac Frost showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Nice body punch from Frost. Frost scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Williams tries to bench press Frost off him but Frost keeps the position. Williams is being controlled here. Frost sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Williams is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Frost tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Frost has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Williams pushes Frost away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Frost gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Both fighters are breathing heavily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Frost cracks Williams with a big right hand but Williams just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
A lull in the action here as Frost stalls from top position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Frost stands up and we're back to a striking position. Williams leaves Frost with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Frost has taken the fight to the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Frost gets control of Williams's arms and successfully pulls guard. Frost will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Frost trying to keep a closed guard but Williams is proving a slippery customer.
Frost is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Frost trying to control the position here. Frost is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Williams lands a couple of decent looking shots.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frost is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Williams trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Frost wants to stand up but Williams is controlling him.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Frost cracks Williams with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Frost instigates a clinch. Williams is trying to break the clinch but Frost has him pressed against the cage. Frost's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Frost misses with a head kick.
Williams throws a big counter combination but Frost scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Frost ducks under a wild hook from Williams. Williams fails with a takedown attempt. Frost thumps Williams with a low kick. A slapping body kick lands there for Frost. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Frost.
Williams tries to clinch but Frost moves away and Frost counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Nathan Williams has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Issac Frost is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Frost changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Williams looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Williams explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
And that's the end of the fight! Nathan Williams showed his dominance in that final round. Well Frost has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
