The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rios jabs Weaver to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Rios moves into the clinch.
Rios lands with a left to the head.
Rios lands a shot to the body.
A frustrated look appears on Rios's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Rios lands with a light punch inside.
Rios digs a right hand into Weaver's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Weaver's gas tank.
Weaver is trying to pull guard but Rios turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Weaver jumps guard but Rios stands there with Weaver around his waist. Weaver gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Rios fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Weaver, pushing him back against the cage.

Rios fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Weaver looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Weaver is breathing heavily.
Rios lands a brutal uppercut that launches Weaver off his feet! Weaver tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sandro Rios!
