Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Akito Toyotoku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Wayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Akito Toyotoku!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bruce Wayne!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Colin Fray and Roger Salmon.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toyotoku connects with an inside leg kick.
Wayne connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Toyotoku momentarily.
Wayne throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Wayne looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Wayne scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Toyotoku doesn't seem bothered though.
Toyotoku throws a leg kick but Wayne checks it.
Wayne throws a series of punches but Toyotoku moves out of range.

Wayne fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Toyotoku, pushing him back against the cage.
Wayne prevents Toyotoku from breaking the clinch.
Wayne tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Toyotoku's elbow.

Wayne drags the fight down to the ground.

Wayne working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Toyotoku doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Toyotoku manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Toyotoku controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Toyotoku wants to pass the guard but Wayne is keeping the position.

Wayne is looking for a triangle but Toyotoku pushes his legs off easily.

Wayne looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Wayne looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Toyotoku wants to control from the top but Wayne keeps moving.
Wayne is trying to control the position from the bottom.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Toyotoku trying to control but Wayne is working from the bottom.
Toyotoku wants to pass the guard but Wayne is keeping the position.
Toyotoku is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Toyotoku sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Wayne's guard.
Wayne is trying to get back to full guard.

Wayne actively working from the bottom here.
Toyotoku definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Wayne trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Toyotoku trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Wayne is wriggling around trying to escape.
Toyotoku content just to control the position here.
Toyotoku trying to control but Wayne is having none of it.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Wayne tries to hold on but Toyotoku postures up.
Wayne tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Wayne regains half guard.
Toyotoku keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Wayne slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Wayne is looking for a triangle here but Toyotoku uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Wayne is trying to get back to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bruce Wayne dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Toyotoku drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Bruce Wayne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Toyotoku backs away from a small jab... but Wayne lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Toyotoku crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Wayne with a spectacular finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:14 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Bruce Wayne!

During a confident post fight interview, Bruce Wayne thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
