Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Greg Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Deverux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Greg Coleman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Steve Deverux! The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.

Coleman tries to bum rush Deverux with a series of wild strikes but Deverux uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Coleman ducks under a wild hook from Deverux. Coleman lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Deverux takes one to the chin there. Coleman ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Deverux moves away. Deverux takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Deverux misses with a looping right. Deverux scores with a jab. Deverux throws an overhand right that lands on Coleman's shoulder, as Coleman tries to avoid the shot. Deverux misses with a lunging right hand
and Coleman counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Deverux thinking. Deverux misses with a left hand and Coleman counters with a lovely straight right hand! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Deverux on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. The fighters circling - Coleman throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Deverux throws a hook but Coleman blocks it. Jab, jab by Deverux - just one landing. Deverux throws a right hand that misses
and Coleman counters with a huge head kick that drops Deverux! The ref dives in to stop the fight and the crowd goes wild!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Greg Coleman!
