Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Michael Johnstone and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machette misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Machette throws a quick inside leg kick.
Machette wants to clinch up but Mayhem keeps it at a distance.
Mayhem throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Machette's waist but Machette gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mayhem off to one side.
Machette throws a nice head kick!
Machette keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Mayhem is rocked!
Mayhem drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Mayhem prevents Machette from getting back to his feet.

Mayhem misses with a takedown attempt - Machette sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Machette tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Mayhem has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Machette is working away from the top position though.
