Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Veli Schwarzeneg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pejro Karesky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Pejro Karesky was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
32 - 56 - 2, fighting out of Tokyo, Veli Schwarzeneg! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
24 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Pejro Karesky! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Karesky displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Schwarzeneg throws out the jab. Karesky fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Schwarzeneg, pushing him back against the ropes. Schwarzeneg tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Schwarzeneg tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Karesky just stands there and leans against the ropes. Schwarzeneg jumps guard but Karesky turns him against the ropes and keeps the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Veli Schwarzeneg. That's going to take a lot out of him. Schwarzeneg is trying to drag Karesky to the mat but Karesky just about manages to keep his footing. He used the ropes to his advantage there. Karesky softening up his opponent with strikes, against the ropes. Karesky lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Schwarzeneg or not. Karesky gets through Schwarzeneg's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Karesky throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Schwarzenegs head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Karesky lands a body punch in the clinch. Karesky using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round. Schwarzeneg is looking for a takedown. A short right from Karesky. Karesky working Schwarzeneg over with knees to the body. Schwarzeneg is looking for a takedown. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Karesky. Schwarzeneg is breathing heavily. Karesky throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Karesky is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Schwarzeneg lands an elbow just above Karesky 's eye. Schwarzeneg wants to take the fight to the mat but Karesky manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. We've been hearing reports that Schwarzeneg has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Karesky lands a hook that snaps the head of Schwarzeneg backwards. A short right from Karesky. Karesky holding his opponent close, against the ropes.
Schwarzeneg drops down looking for an ankle pick but Karesky pulls his leg out and moves away.
Karesky moves into the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Schwarzeneg looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Schwarzeneg is working for a takedown up against the ropes. He can't get it on this occasion though. Schwarzeneg wants a takedown.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Karesky obliges. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Karesky is working Schwarzeneg over against the ropes. Karesky lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Karesky lands a right hand. Karesky comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
It looks like Veli Schwarzeneg has been cut. Good body shot from Karesky.

Nice elbow from Karesky. Oh Schwarzeneg is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Karesky is pushing Schwarzeneg up against the ropes, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Schwarzeneg tries to break the clinch but Karesky is controlling the position. Karesky scores with a hook to the body. Karesky throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Schwarzeneg seems to have got his legs back now. Karesky taking a breather.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Karesky's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Karesky lands a nice shot to the body. Karesky lands a shot to the body. A hook to the body from Karesky.
Schwarzeneg tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Karesky just stands there and leans against the ropes. Stalling in the clinch from Karesky.
Karesky lands with a short shot to the head. Karesky jerks Schwarzeneg's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Schwarzeneg drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Karesky goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Karesky because Schwarzeneg was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Pejro Karesky!
