The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Todd uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Segura.
Segura has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Todd pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Segura back to the cage. Todd follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

It looks like Ulquiorra Segura has been cut.

Todd felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Segura is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Todd is surviving well by controlling Segura's body position as best he can.
