The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kersikov tries to clinch up
and Mood counters with a low kick, right behind Kersikov 's knee.
Mood misses with the body kick
and Kersikov makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Mood moves out of range as Kersikov strikes.
It seemed like Mood was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Kersikov avoids the body shot from Mood.
Mood tries a low kick but Kersikov avoids it.
Mood lands a high kick!
It looks like Andrei Kersikov has been cut.

and Kersikov counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Kersikov throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Mood doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Kersikov blocks a low kick nicely.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kersikov takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Kersikov blocks a head kick by Mood.

Mood checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Kersikov misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Mood counters with a massive head kick! KABOOM! Kersikov is out cold! A devastating KO!
