Johnson has chosen Electrifying as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Peter Branson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
O Connor is trying to stand up here but Johnson is controlling him well.

O Connor is pressing down on Johnson's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
O Connor controls Johnson momentarily but Johnson frees himself.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Johnson drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but O Connor manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Johnson has O Connor in his guard.
O Connor wants to control from the top but Johnson keeps moving.

O Connor passes into half guard.
Johnson is trying to maintain the position but O Connor is very close to passing his half guard.
O Connor looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with O Connor in particular looking to stall.
Johnson is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Johnson has hold of O Connor's hands but O Connor slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

O Connor is trying to control. Johnson wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Johnson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with O Connor. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
O Connor maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Johnson could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but O Connor has cracked it and Johnson is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by O Connor!
