1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Erwin Morin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Anton Lascek! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Atkins and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lascek gets a takedown into half guard. Morin tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Lascek manages to move to mount!
Lascek controlling his opponent. Lascek lands a couple of good shots and Morin has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Lascek is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

Morin defends a prolonged rear naked choke attempt and turns nicely into his opponent's guard. Morin landing some decent shots from guard. Lascek is adopting a defensive guard. Lascek decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Morin, up you get! Lascek shoots in for a double leg but Morin sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Lascek looks winded! Morin tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Lascek defends well and Morin ends up having to push Lascek into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Lascek tries a head kick but it misses.

Lascek has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Morin after a bit of a struggle. Morin just leaning against Lascek, taking a breather. Lascek is trying to drag Morin to the mat but Morin just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Erwin Morin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anton Lascek. Morin's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Both fighters circling a little - Lascek finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Morin darts in looking for a takedown but Lascek gets double underhooks and turns Morin into the cage. Morin backing away here, and Lascek unleashes a leg kick that just misses. Lascek wants to clinch and Morin counters with a head kick. That will keep Lascek thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Nice sprawl there from Lascek as Morin shoots in. Lascek throws a head kick that misses. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Morin shoots in looking for a takedown but Lascek manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Morin's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Lascek swings for the body but Morin moves out of range.

Lascek tries to clinch but Morin moves out of range. Morin throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lascek was covering up waiting for the punch and Morin finishes the takedown easily into guard. Morin postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Lascek lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Lascek trying to control but Morin is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lascek throwing strikes from guard but Morin blocks nicely. Lascek won't allow Morin to sweep him here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Lascek fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Morin avoids it really well and circles away. Lascek looks to clinch and Morin finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Morin moves into range and clinches up with Lascek. Lascek has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Morin's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Lascek shoots in and gets a takedown into Morin's guard. Morin has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Lascek has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage. Lascek is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Morin can't fight it off and eventually Lascek manages to take the fight to the floor. Morin looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Morin manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Erwin Morin. Lascek shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Morin as he avoids it easily. Lascek misses with a low kick. Lascek stuffs the takedown attempt from Morin. Morin gets slowly back to his feet. Lascek tries to land a body kick and Morin makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Morin shoots for a double leg takedown but Lascek sprawls well. He's pushed Morin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Lascek gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Morin counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Lascek is lucky that one didn't land flush. Morin slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Lascek takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
