Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Opie Winston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kain Velazquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Winston comes to the cage accompanied by Curtis Stigers - This Life. Velazquez has chosen Since the Flood- as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
26 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Opie Winston!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
28 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kain Velazquez!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Donald Grub and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winston tries to clinch up.
Winston leaves Velazquez with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Velazquez has taken the fight to the clinch.
Winston lands with a right to the head.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Winston creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Winston lands a hook to the side of the head.
Velazquez has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Winston is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Winston will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Velazquez up against the cage.
Velazquez can't get the takedown.
Opie Winston has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kain Velazquez.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Velazquez drops down looking for an ankle pick but Winston pulls his leg out and moves away.
Velazquez tries for a takedown but Winston sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
An attempted straight right counter from Winston misses the target.
Winston fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Velazquez.
Winston lands a high kick!
It looks like Kain Velazquez has been cut.
Winston tries to clinch up.
Velazquez is looking for the big counter here.
Velazquez closes this distance looking for a takedown but Winston circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Are you kidding me?! Winston ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Velazquez clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
