Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Darwingh Alvarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Moneybags (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Darwingh Alvarez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 14 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Moneybags!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alvarez is looking to clinch.
A slapping leg kick lands for Moneybags.
A head kick by Alvarez misses
and Moneybags counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Alvarez wants to clinch.

Alvarez decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Alvarez is trying to control the action in half guard but Moneybags is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Alvarez trying to mount his opponent but Moneybags defends it.
Alvarez wants to stand but his hand is trapped. Moneybags uses the opportunity to regain full guard.
Alvarez postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Alvarez controls from within his opponent's guard.
Alvarez throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Moneybags has control of Alvarez's left arm, preventing Alvarez from doing any damage.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Alvarez throws a strike but Moneybags rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Moneybags uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Moneybags.
Moneybags feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Alvarezs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Moneybags lands a high kick!
Moneybags lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Alvarez at a distance.
Alvarez moves to clinch but Moneybags breaks away
and Moneybags counters with a straight right hand.
Moneybags comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
A head kick from Moneybags lands but Alvarez takes it in his stride.

Alvarez is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Moneybags closes the distance and clinches.
Oh Alvarez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A shot in the inside from Moneybags.

Moneybags breaks from the clinch.
Alvarez throws a sloppy head kick and Moneybags moves out of range easily.
Alvarez seems to have got his legs back now.

Oooooh!!! Moneybags has knocked Alvarez down with a huge combo! Moneybags steps away and waves a wobbly Alvarez back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

and Moneybags counters with a big right hand! Oh Alvarez is in trouble here! Moneybags follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!

A relieved looking John Moneybags thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
