Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Brutus Barrington!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Paul Tew and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barrington looks for a takedown but Machida sprawls well.
Machida feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Machida has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Barrington is trying to control the position but Machida postures up.
Machida chips away with some ground and pound.
Barrington trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Machida prevents Barrington from getting back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Barrington is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Machida is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Barrington has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Machida is looking to defend but Barrington has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Machida! Barrington pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Machida taps out and this one is all over!
