Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Uriah Sambo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zeb Mark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Uriah Sambo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Zeb Mark! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Lou da Vinci and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mark misses with an uppercut. Sambo decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Mark manages to escape and get back to his feet! Mark swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Mark slips a jab from Sambo. Mark with a jab. Sambo fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mark avoids it really well and circles away. Sambo takes one to the side of the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mark lands with a good body shot. Mark misses with a straight right. Mark takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Sambo moves forwards but Mark connects with a nice, crisp jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sambo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mark sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sambo somewhat. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Mark! But no joy. Sambo drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mark sneaks out the side door and pushes Sambo away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. A slow jab from Mark misses its intended target. Sambo shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mark as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Uriah Sambo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sambo misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Sambo slips under a jab from Mark. Sambo changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Mark misses with a looping left.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sambo takes a swing at Mark's ribcage but misses. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mark misses with a lunging right hand
letting Sambo counter with a right hand. Mark thows a left - swing and a miss! Mark walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Sambo shoots in and gets a takedown into Mark's guard. Sambo passes easily into side control. Nice work. Mark really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sambo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Sambo is working to tighten his grip on Mark's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Mark has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Sambo is really squeezing tight and eventually Mark passes out! Sambo breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Uriah Sambo! Uriah Sambo decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
