The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zenhoff throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Shepard moves into the clinch.
Zenhoff wants a takedown but no success here.
Shepard manages to break the clinch.
Shepard shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Zenhoff's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Shepard postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Shepard darts in looking for a takedown but Zenhoff gets double underhooks and turns Shepard into the cage.

Shepard is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Zenhoff knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Zenhoff for a finish.
